The waterfront site amplifies the energy of the lungomare with a hotel, beach club, spa, casino, and multi-use residential tower that look directly across the Bay of Vlorë to the meeting point of the Adriatic and Ionian Seas. Hillside Gardens
The hillside parcel becomes a series of terraced neighborhoods with low-rise residences, boutique hotel suites, and garden courts.
