The architectural language

Natural stone textures and sandy tones inspired by Vlorë's coastline; Organic façades shaped by light, shade, and sea breeze; Wide panoramic openings oriented 100% toward the sea; A contemporary reinterpretation of Albanian vernacular forms.

Every detail—from façade geometry to landscape plazas—carries the identity of Vlorë's coastline while elevating it to international standards.

Materiality Inspired by the Riviera

Natural stone, textured concrete, and warm terracotta render the structures as if they were carved from Vlora's cliffs. Deep overhangs provide shade along the lungomare, while perforated screens echo traditional patterns and filter light into residences, the spa, and the casino floor.

Spaces for Community

Rooftop lounges, open-air loggias, and stepped amphitheaters turn the architecture into a cultural platform for Vlorë Landmark Resort. These shared spaces encourage gatherings at sunrise yoga sessions, evening performances, and intimate dinners overlooking the bay, keeping the development vibrant all year.
