THE ARCHITECTURE
Architecture Rooted in Vlora's Heritage
Vlorë Landmark Resort is sculpted as a contemporary interpretation of Albania's vernacular architecture. Oppenheim Architecture shaped the skyline with a terracotta-toned tower, cascading podiums, and carved courtyards that mirror the region's stone villages while framing uninterrupted views across the Bay of Vlorë.

Horizon-Driven Forms
Every massing move responds to the horizon line where the Adriatic and Ionian Seas meet. The tower tapers to increase view corridors, podium decks spill into the lungomare promenade, and hillside structures terrace down to create sheltered courtyards, ensuring residents and visitors always feel connected to the sea.
Materiality Inspired by the Riviera
Natural stone, textured concrete, and warm terracotta render the structures as if they were carved from Vlora's cliffs. Deep overhangs provide shade along the lungomare, while perforated screens echo traditional patterns and filter light into residences, the spa, and the casino floor.

Spaces for Community
Rooftop lounges, open-air loggias, and stepped amphitheaters turn the architecture into a cultural platform for Vlorë Landmark Resort. These shared spaces encourage gatherings at sunrise yoga sessions, evening performances, and intimate dinners overlooking the bay, keeping the development vibrant all year.
